We have a 7 Day Replacement Policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.<\/p>\n

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be damaged when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You\u2019ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n

To start a replacement, you can contact us at hello@Grid Frames .com. If your return is accepted, we\u2019ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting\u00a0a replacement\u00a0will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

Damages and issues<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.<\/p>\n
